What a super friendly group of people 🤿. Recently completed my PADI Rescue Diver Course with Joel and Claire. Was very anxious about this course due to being profoundly deaf and a lot of instruction were to be given whilst in the water. So no hearing aids. I was reassured by both instructors that I would be fine 😁 as they had a plan in place. So don’t let your disabilities hold you back. Absolutely recommend 💯% you try this school out.

Great team at Abyss. Joel and Claire are professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and very friendly! I've had some lovely dives with them, off the south coast, at Vobster Quay and Wraysbury. Hiring of kit is simple and they'll go out of their way to make sure you have all you need. I'm considering several courses with them and will also be bringing my daughter to dive with the Abyss team. They create a great social feel also which is really lovely to have. Highly recommend.

As an experienced scuba diver I was looking for people to dive with locally. The guys from Abyss scuba have been so welcoming & inclusive. They have a passion for the underwater world and want to open it up to all. Both Joel & Claire are passionate about delivering high quality training, having witnessed a couple of training sessions. With the plans to open up to SEN education as well is a great option for those who mainstream schooling doesn’t suit, and using the environment & oceanography to help these children grow & develop. 1st class facilities at their Littlehampton base with onsite training pool. Excellent equipment available to hire with regular opportunities to go diving.
