What to Expect:
Knowledge Development
Dive into the fundamentals of scuba diving through engaging multimedia presentations and interactive sessions. Learn about dive equipment, underwater environments, dive planning, and safety procedures using official PADI eLearning materials. Our experienced instructors will make learning both informative and enjoyable, setting the stage for your underwater adventures.
Confined Water Dives
Take the plunge in our purpose-built pool, providing optimal comfort as you practice essential scuba skills. Get comfortable with buoyancy control, regulator use, and underwater communication. These sessions provide the foundation for your open water dives, building confidence and competence in your diving abilities.
Open Water Dives
Complete four open-water training dives under the supervision of your PADI Instructor. You will apply the skills developed in our pool while gaining experience in a genuine open-water environment. UK training locations offer their own underwater attractions and provide valuable preparation for local and overseas diving.
Certification
After successfully completing all course requirements, you will earn the internationally recognised PADI Open Water Diver certification. This qualifies you to plan and undertake dives with a suitably qualified buddy to a maximum depth of 18 metres, within your training, experience and local conditions.

Course Prerequisites
Minimum age: 10 years
No previous scuba diving experience required
Complete the required medical screening before taking part
Float or tread water for 10 minutes without assistance
Swim 200 metres without swimming aids, or 300 metres using a mask, snorkel and fins, without a time limit
Divers aged 10–14 who successfully complete the course earn the PADI Junior Open Water Diver certification.
